Monday 25.2.13

17.15: Flight was delayed but on way now. Should arrive at hotel about 11pm.

20.30:On bus on way to hotel. Children have been great on journey. Will be at hotel in 2 hours.

Tuesday 26.2.13

11.30: Skiing in the sun and blue sky, children are having a great time and are really going for it. Having lunch just now, storing up energy for our afternoon session. Will hopefully send photos.

19.00: Enjoying a lovely meal in a traditional Italian restaurant before going to a gelateria for ice cream.Children have all achieved today - beginners can now ski and progressing to turns. Advanced group doing jumps and turns.

Wednesday 27.2.13

11.45: A beautiful sunny day, blue skies but cold, minus 8 this morning Top group did red runs and the beginners snow ploughs! Everyone well, children say they are not missing school.

19.15: Steven M has had a fantastic birthday and we're now out for pizza the size of dinner plates. Having a quiz later.

Thursday 28.2.13

11.30: Have had a fantastic morning skiing. Was dull and wet when we left the hotel but started to clear when we got up the mountain. Now blue skies and sun! Children were presented with their certificates before lunch.

19.30: Just enjoyed a lovely dinner of tortellini, chicken and chips. Children have been complimented on their behaviour. Packing tonight, which will take some longer than others! Early start tomorrow. Will send updates on the journey.

Friday 1.3.13

10.30: Boarding shortly. Flight leaving on time. See you soon.

13.43: Edinburgh airport website reports flight has landed.

14.30: On coach heading home to Kelvindale! Should be back in an hour!

On arrival all children will come into school with staff for 5 minutes before dismissal (to ensure all medication & personal items, held by staff, are returned).

Adults please collect your child's luggage from driver/management when it is unloaded from bus.
