Spring Chicks!

We are thrilled to announce the arrival of baby chicks! On Tuesday morning 10 eggs were delivered causing great excitement in the infant building.  By Tuesday afternoon a few eggs had cracks in them and on Wednesday morning we arrived to find 7 chicks in the incubator with one more just hatching from its egg as the children went to class! We managed to catch this on video so everyone has been able to enjoy seeing the chicks emerge.  Thursday morning saw the arrival of the last two, a boy and a girl, who will leave the incubator and join their brothers and sisters in their new house in 24 hours.
